Mind Information processing - MIP

 

Starting from the time we wake up, just focus on inputs we give to our mind

Reading news paper, Watching Tv, Listening to music. 

we keep feeding mind with different inputs,yet not completely focussed 

but at the backgound some information being processed. 

in all forms of our senses we give inputs

Eyes most dominant in taking inputs & ears if we are listening and others not so dominant.

shut all our senses inspite of any surrounding and just shut . 

let our hands legs be standing, eyes closed, ears now dominating but focusing on one sound or ignoring.

now focus on how our legs , hands what part of body is touching any other objects. feel them

shift the focus towards breathing cold in and hot out. 

shift to heart beat , feel the pulse at heart other parts of body.

stay there . feel the peace of the beat, 

The lesser inputs we give the mind. the more the peace we feel.
