Standing up to Do right even when you are down?

No one cares about you & your friends happy you failed.

 your loved ones couldnt help or support. 

when you feel what is the point of living, 

when everything everyone abandens you. 

when you look upto heaven and you didnt get the required help. 

God why me and why me alone?

when you contemplate is it for your sins 

or karma or pass through of your ancestors curse?..No, Definetly not.

Jesus stood exactly at this point. No Reasons to suffer..

at a snap of his finger he could have asked his angels to turn the tables, He was Son of God.

He could have cursed his enemies for all generations.

Yet he chose to forgive his enemies even at that point of death. 

He Chose to give unconditional Love & Mercy. 

God chose his beloved to show the world what he went through ,One more Time.!

What is your Choice?, Lament or Cursing or self blame 

Or Accept it all and Choose Mercy!

Mind Information processing - MIP

  Starting from the time we wake up, just focus on inputs we give to our mind Reading news paper, Watching Tv, Listening to music.  we keep feeding mind with different inputs,yet not completely focussed  but at the backgound some information being processed.  in all forms of our senses we give inputs Eyes most dominant in taking inputs & ears if we are listening and others not so dominant. shut all our senses inspite of any surrounding and just shut .  let our hands legs be standing, eyes closed, ears now dominating but focusing on one sound or ignoring. now focus on how our legs , hands what part of body is touching any other objects. feel them shift the focus towards breathing cold in and hot out.  shift to heart beat , feel the pulse at heart other parts of body. stay there . feel the peace of the beat,  The lesser inputs we give the mind. the more the peace we feel.

MIP 2

  Our mind tend to always wanting more,  not to just process but to keep engaged with thoughts. look how our moods shift to being happy when we think of someone we love and same mood being angry when we think of someone else. we tend to change our behaviour towards people based on the mood we think and pass on. It is completely depended on our thinking process.  the negative inputs we give tends to make us more vigilant and aggressive behaviour.  we are completely slave under our thoughts.  our behavioural action becomes an input for others to behave their own surroundings.  It is contagious. Carefully choosing what we do and what makes our life simple everyday morning matters.
